Overview of litigation finance in Net Interest

In a recent issue of Net Interest, Marc Rubinstein and Bruce Packard take a close look at litigation finance. They note that legal disputes should be uncorrelated with other asset classes such as bonds or equities, which all respond to economic cycles. Indeed, disputes tend to be unique in nature, and should be uncorrelated with each other.
